35 students from Brescia to Spain, Poland and Lithuania thanks to TRAIN project financed by Erasmus+ programme

Also during this month of May, a lot of students from our partner schools in Brescia are leaving  Italy in order to take part to our project: TRAIN -Trainings in Europe for a sustainable development of the local areas.

11 students from the  Capirola High School in Leno, are already in Vilnius (they left on the 20th of May and they will come back to Italy on 4th of July), while 11 students from the same school will be in Poland from the 23rd of May. 13 students from the Primo Levi high school in Sarezzo, will go to Barcelona on the 21st of May, 8 students of them will experience  a two-week intership, while 5 will continue their experience for one month. During this experience, the students, accompanied by 3 teachers, will get to know the hosting countries and will have the opportunity to do an internship in companies and associations selected by the local partners in the field the projects, such as companies that work in the tourist and cultural sector where students can improve their knowledge and competences and get to know working practices.

The  Primo Levi high school (www.primolevi-bs.edu.it) has stand out for giving the youngsters who want to find a job in the economic, administrative branch, finance, marketing and international relations for marketing, a formation process, internships experiences, not only in the local companies but also in Europe.

The  V.Capirola high school(http://www.capirola.it ) has been really active in researching partnerships and synergies with the territory and in the production of vocational projects during these past years, with the goal to give formative and didactical experiences to the students.

These two schools are amoung our sending school of the project, in fact their students have the concrete possibility to face other modalities of working, other cultures and other youngsters. The aim of the project iss to improve the personal skills of the students, but also to bring to the territory on Brescia the competences they have acquired, with processes of knowledge, innovation and comparison with the model of the local economic world.

In Lithuania, the students will be hosted in the capital, that has an extended and well preserved baroque city centre, that has been declared world heritage by Unesco. Our hosting partner hosts the students in flats and has organized the research of the internships looking at the CV of the students.

In Poland our hosting partner handles training services at a European level is set in Rzeszow, capital of the region Paskarpacie in the south east of Poland, it hosts our students in a city hotel and it finds possibilities of internships in companies of international transports, events organization, museum of local culture, touristic itineraries, travel agencies and tour operators.

In Barcelona our hosting partner handle the hospitality of the students in flats and families. Our students are placed in agencies that promote the territory, cultural centres and associations, social media marketing, libraries, hotels, etc…

We are sure this will be a useful experience for the professional, linguistic, intercultural and personal development of the participants. The organisers of the project, the participant schools and the local partners are sure that these experiences enlarge the cultural horizon of the young European citizens and promote the equality of possibilities and a common sense of memberships.

The local and international partnership is made of 27 partenrs:

5 schools (I.I.S. “VINCENZO CAPIROLA” – I.I.S.S. “PRIMO LEVI” – I.I.S. “L. EINAUDI” – I.I.S. “VINCENZO DANDOLO” – EUROSCUOLA – EUROSTUDI SRL), territorial authorities, national authorities in the field of social tourism, associations, cooperatives and touristic, production and working consortiums.
