Mistral invests resources in interventions that can be attractive for young people, which give them an added value compared to their previous school experience and which also allow the most disadvantaged to explore new opportunities in a different cultural context, enhancing their set of skills and improving their level of employability, coming into contact with foreign realities and companies.
In this perspective, Mistral obtained funding from the European Union to carry out
-Projects within the Leonardo da Vinci Programme: 614 mobility assignments abroad of 13 and 20 weeks
-Projects funded by the Erasmus+ 2014-2020 Programme: 490 mobility abroad of 3 weeks, 1 month and 3 months and 28 Staff Mobility

In 2017 Mistral obtained the Mobility Quality Charter and in 2021 it obtained the Erasmus+ accreditation for the seven-year period 2021-2027 for mobility in the VET (Vocational Education and Training) field.
The accreditation has already given rise to two sending projects per hundred participants for mobility of 1, 3 and 4 months and will allow Mistral to pursue its objectives of contributing to cultural and economic growth with a view to sustainable development and valorisation of the territory and the inclusion in the social fabric of young people and disadvantaged categories.

PARTICIPANTS: recent graduates, newly qualified within one calendar year of the mobility or students attending the last year of higher technical or professional institutes who have not had the opportunity to take part in an Erasmus+ project or other significant experience abroad.

 

MOBILITY DURATION: 4 weeks and 3 months

COUNTRIES OF DESTINATION :
European Union countries, third countries associated with the program e
United Kingdom

 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:
– be newly graduated or qualified or attending the last year of a technical or professional institute (even evening)
– aged between 18 and 29 years
– have not had other internship experiences abroad
-basic skills in the project areas
– possession of linguistic skills of the host country or vehicular language

ACTIVITY: work-based learning activities in the field of territorial enhancement with particular reference to environmental, landscape, historical-artistic assets for the development of skills for the promotion of the territory, heritage and local culture with a view to sustainability environment also through the use of communication techniques and tourism marketing. The internships will be carried out in the fields of
-promotion of the territory and its sustainable development
-tourist offer
-accommodation and services to tourists

 

GOALS
For the participants, the projects have the objectives of promoting the acquisition of general knowledge and specific professional skills in the area of ​​promotion and enhancement of the local heritage; communication and marketing skills, linguistic, intercultural and transversal skills, entrepreneurial skills, awareness of belonging to European citizenship
It also provides for their personal growth, the acquisition of greater skills and knowledge both from a professional and value point of view, greater qualification and marketability on the job market

 

CERTIFICATIONS:
Europass-Mobility and certificates of participation issued by Mistral and by the reception bodies.
